Weight Watching

I am almost 42 years old and my body is not the same as it was in my 30's. I have decided to get on the offensive and actually do something about it. My plans are not grand, they actually are pretty simple.

* Eat smaller portions.
* Eat healthier food.
* Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes.
* Drink lots of water.

That's it. I'll let you know how it goes. :o)

What? You mean my 30s is supposed to be when it's "good" and "easy"? Oi. I'm going to be in big trouble. I should follow your list too-- and add a couple more things like "don't eat fried cheese and chimichangas at 11pm"!
