Weight Watching ~~ Week 3

I seem to have fallen slightly off the wagon this week. My eating has been good, I have really kept my portions down. My exercising has been a little less, but at least I did not stop all together. 

Monday~~ 30 minutes of walking ( my lower back was really sore )
Tuesday~~ 30 minutes of walking + light stretching 
Wednesday~~ 30 minutes of walking 
Thursday~~ 30 minutes of walking
Friday~~ Walk Away the Pounds 2 Mile Walk (30 minutes)
Saturday~~ Stretching + 30 Minutes of Walking 

I hope to be back up to 40 minutes again, but my lower back was hurting for some reason.
